Anne Elder
National Operations
Manager
Anne brings to her role, as National Operations Manager, extensive international recruitment industry
experience.
Anne is currently responsible for the development of All Recruiting Services business
throughout Australia.
Anne has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of international recruitment, particularly international medical
recruitment. Anne first came to Australia in 2000 to open a local branch of the Corinth Healthcare Group; a UK
based medical recruitment company. In that time Anne recruited health care professionals to Australia and New
Zealand from the UK.
As a migrant herself,
Anne fully understands the issues and difficulties overseas trained professionals face on relocation to a new
country and is able to use her own experiences to ensure a smooth transition to their new employment and
settlement in Australia.

Keith
Sheldrick
Keith has worked in recruitment since 1994 when he began his own business which he built to nine branch
locations across all Australian states.
Keith has combined this experience with his experience in Senior Management roles in major Australian Companies to
provide consultancy services to All Recruiting Services.
Keith has extensive experience in the areas of business administration, board reporting, accounting functions and
taxation, OH&S, HRM, sales, marketing and customer service.

Paul Kiley
HR & IR
Manager Paul
is National Human Resources Manager for All Recruiting Services and brings to this role a wealth of employment
relations experience gained in both the Federal and NSW Public Service and the private
sector
Previously Paul worked in a similar role with
MHS Group Pty Ltd a National recruitment company. In that role Paul gained significant experience
in the practical application of employment relations in a labour hire environment.
Paul’s previous
experience as a Senior Workplace Advisor with the Office of the Employment Advocate provided him with
extensive experience in the areas of employment contracts, AWAs, award interpretation and legislative
compliance, particularly in the areas of industrial relations and OH&S.
Paul’s earlier experience within the IT
industry as a database programmer and system analyst ensures that All Recruiting Services have access to high
technical advice and expertise in the areas of records
management and computer generated reporting systems.
Paul is also a sessional lecturer at the
University of Western Sydney where he lectures in Strategic Human
Resources Management and International and Comparative Employment Relations.
Paul has also worked
overseas and has an understanding of the issues faced when moving to a new country.
Denise
Prosser
State Manager WA
Denise has
extensive experience in management and networking business partnerships. Her background is predominately
within the health industry and includes recruitment, training and assessing.
Denise’s career began
in pharmaceuticals which led her to explore natural therapies and launched her training career. As a
business proprietor her centre focused on stress management and training where she was invited by a senior
lecturing doctor of TAFE to be involved with the facilitation of the Associate Diploma in Health
Science.
Denise has
coordinated the delivery of traineeships, existing worker programs and fee for service in Certificate III
& IV in Aged Care, Medication Competency, Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection, Senior
1st Aid, Retail, Business and TDT Warehousing &
Storage.
Denise is currently
developing a Medical Practitioner/Specialist arm in both locum and permanent placements for the regional
sector of WA whilst obtaining state and national contracts for hospital based placements. In addition she
actively seeks local and international recruitment opportunities for nursing and other health professionals
whilst managing 457 visa holders and is experienced in the Aged Care 442 visa program.
Among her many
achievements Denise established an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander specific training program in
Aged Care for the South West Aboriginal Medical Services (SWAMS). Her involvement within the Health Industry
Training Advisory Board for continuous improvement and moderation of training packages ensures her knowledge
base is current.
